Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Halo International Logistics. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing and logistics, looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and expanding our brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services (air freight, sea shipping, customs clearing, warehouse, and home delivery services).
• Identify and generate new leads to drive sales and expand our customer base.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of services for clients.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics to ensure goals are being met.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Provide customers with information and support to facilitate successful shipping solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Knowledge of logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Must be result-oriented and have a drive to meet sales targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 90,000
• Commission: Included on every sale made.
