DiscountData is hiring Customer Support Assistant for an office-based role. The successful candidate will handle customer requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
- Use Android devices effectively to address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Exhibit patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
- Monitor the Platform effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSCE certificate.
- Must be highly familiar with Android phones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers is an is a Must
Salary:
₦70,000.00 to 100,000 per month.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills to succeed in this role.
