JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Respond promptly to client’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution.
· Attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Keeping records of client’s interactions, transactions, comments, and complaint.
· Maintain accurate and detailed client’s records.
· Follow up on client’s request
· Identify and assess client’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Proactively engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to understand their needs and preferences
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of OND in Mass Communication or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Customer service representative
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to details and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
