About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a call center, fintech, or service industry.
- Fluency in additional Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
