Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from, and call, customers with dedicated business lines. Engage customers while populating the Customer Contact template with the data provided by the customers.
- Return all missed calls on the business lines.
- Engage customers via Instant Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) for order fulfillment, inquiries, and complaints resolution.
- Sell the company’s products and ensure end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders.
- Identify and escalate issues to the Business Manager.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Research, identify, manage, and resolve customer complaints using applicable guidelines.
- Document all customer engagement information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Upsell products and services.
- Complete call logs and reports. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND/BSc or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar job role.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry will be advantageous. Positive attitude, good listening skills, ability to stay calm and multi-task while under pressure.
