Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating travel arrangements while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalised service.
- Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), resolving issues, and ensuring a positive resolution.
- Coordinating Travel Arrangements: Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, creating tailored itineraries, and managing any necessary changes or cancellations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing client feedback, and contributing to process improvements.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities, and reporting key issues and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills: A passion for providing excellent customer service, the ability to understand customer needs, and the skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Organisational and Time Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations, tour packages, and relevant industry trends.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a customer service representative or front desk representative.
- It would be preferable if the candidate has experience in the travel industry, specifically in making flight reservations. A degree in any field can apply.
