Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers and preparing success documentation.
- Support the support team by triaging issues and managing ticket queues.
- Gather customer feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
- Support with updating customer documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Assist in analyzing performance reports from support and success tools.
- Schedule and coordinate customer calls, trainings, and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings, note key action items, and follow through.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (Business, Communications, or related field).
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Prior internship experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
