FFSD Education is a dynamic international education recruitment agency known for delivering high-quality, person-centered services. We are currently seeking an NYSC Intern to join our team and provide support to our staff in various aspects of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a support intern, you will work under the supervision and guidance of designated team members. Your duties include:
- Providing general administrative and customer service support across departments.
- Assisting designated staff with tasks related to student recruitment, admissions processing, or marketing activities.
- Handling basic client inquiries in-person, by phone, or email, and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Supporting the team with organizing events such as education fairs and info sessions.
- Helping staff manage internal databases and documentation.
- Monitoring and responding to social media or WhatsApp inquiries under guidance.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments or follow-ups as directed.
- Other delegated tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must be currently undergoing the NYSC program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong willingness to learn and support daily operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of customer service or administrative functions is an advantage.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
- Must reside in Abuja or be able to commute reliably.
