Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing platforms.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video edits that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design static and dynamic visuals (ads, banners, social media posts, reels, story templates, infographics).
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories .
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
• Edit and optimize video content for multiple formats (social, ads, presentations).
• Enhance workflow and boost productivity through creative problem-solving and innovative tools (including AI-assisted processes where relevant).
• Stay updated on design trends, platform innovations, and cultural cues , applying them creatively to content.
Manage multiple design projects with efficiency, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking ability.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other motion/animation tools.
• Solid background in motion graphics, animation, and video editing .
• Experience creating social media-first content (short-form video, reels, carousels, GIFs).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and design principles .
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals .
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for high-quality output.
• Familiarity with digital marketing content formats (ads, reels, banners, story sequences).
• Openness to feedback, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing , or a related field.
• OR equivalent professional experience with a proven portfolio of creative work (design, animation, and video content).
• Minimum of 2–4 years hands-on experience in content design, motion graphics, or creative production (agency or brand experience preferred).
