Location: Remote

Salary: NGN 300,000 monthly


Are you a creative storyteller with strong design skills and a passion for building brands? Pathfinder Consulting is hiring a Creative & Brand Manager to shape how people see and feel about our brand across Africa and the diaspora.


Role Summary


As the Creative & Brand Manager, you’ll oversee how our brand looks, sounds, and feels. You’ll lead design and messaging across social media, ad campaigns, emails, videos, and more. You’ll ensure everything we create is on-brand and connects with our audience emotionally and culturally.


This is more than just a design job—you’ll use data, cultural insights, and competitor research to guide creative direction and make our brand stand out.


Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will:


Define and manage the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling framework.


Lead the design and production of creative assets: ads, social media posts, landing pages, emails, influencer kits, and pitch decks.


Conceptualize and produce short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.


Build and maintain influencer partnerships across African and diaspora communities.


Seek out and secure advertising partnerships with relevant brands.


Run and manage ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to meet performance targets.


Create adaptable templates and brand systems for team-wide use.


Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to A/B test creatives and optimize campaigns.


Develop a brand content library, including UGC, success stories, and testimonial reels.


Conduct market research on user behavior, competitors, and trends in Africa and the diaspora.


Design in-app visuals and onboarding screens that foster trust and cultural resonance.


Manage freelancers (videographers, photographers) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.


Requirements & Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should have:


4–6+ years experience in creative/brand design, preferably with digital products or lifestyle brands.


A strong portfolio showcasing design and storytelling across formats.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.


Solid video editing skills for social platforms.


Experience designing performance-driven creatives (ads with strong engagement and conversion).


Deep understanding of African and diaspora culture, with the ability to translate it visually.


Experience conducting or supporting market research for content strategy.


Strong project management skills across multiple time zones.


Proven ability to run and manage digital ads with measurable ROI.


What Success Looks Like (KPIs)


Higher-performing ads (CTR, conversions, video views).


Lower CPA (cost per acquisition) through creative optimization.


Consistent branding across all content.


Timely delivery of projects and campaigns.


Influencers and teams actively using templates/brand tools.


Regular submission of monthly trend reports & insights.


Growth in advertising partnerships and inbound requests.


Strong ROI on paid ad campaigns.
