Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Corporate Marketing Officer. The Corporate Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting company projects, enhancing corporate governance, and increasing brand awareness. The role involves regular communication with clients, conducting market research, managing sales processes, and providing training to the team on marketing best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales
• Experience in Corporate Governance
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to the team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pink Rrkations or related field
• Professional course in brand management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to build and deploy brand awareness and engage target audiences.⁠
• Supporting business growth, customer engagement, and stakeholder relations.
• Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Build Sales funnels and feedback mechanisms loop
