Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of dishes, with a strong focus on Nigerian, Lebanese and Continental cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
- Plan and organize meals according to requirements.
- Manage kitchen supplies, stock, and inventory efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide professional table service when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Cook, Chef, or Steward.
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in Nigerian, Lebanese and Continental cooking.
- Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen effectively.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- High level of personal hygiene and attention to detail.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
