Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant’s standards. You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner and in compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation for special events or daily offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas, storage, and cooking equipment
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies when needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service Report any maintenance, hygiene, or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and operations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
