Overview of the Role
- The Marketing Manager at KOYO will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing and sales strategy, ensuring strong customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- This role requires a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution.
- The manager will oversee a team of 5 Sales Executives, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer engagement across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Manage and lead the sales team (5 Sales Executives).
- Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee campaigns across digital platforms and offline activations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ proven experience in marketing/sales management (preferably in tech, healthcare, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital marketing tools.
- Innovative, proactive, and target-driven.
