We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires strong storytelling skills, trend awareness, and the ability to connect with audiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Generate new content ideas weekly to saty ahead of trends
Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (graphics, videos, reels, photos, blogs, captions, etc.)
Write clear and concise captions and cand call-to-actions to suit each social media platforms
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Manage a consistent content calendar
Collaborate with the sales, e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
Track and analyze content performance and make data informed adjustments to improve engagement.
Requirements
Minimum of two years in social media management and content creation
Minimum qualification: BSc
Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Inshot, Lightroom etc.).
Skilled in product photography, videography, and editing.
Excellent on-camera presence
Deep understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
Creativity, originality, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiatives, meet deadlines and adapt to changing trends.
Willing to learn and follow company policies
Should be willing to work with company long term
Must reside around Ikeja or its environs.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Onsite
