Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties to ensure smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and rental terms with tenants or lessees.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and increase visibility.
- Maintain detailed records of property operations, including leasing agreements, financial transactions, and maintenance logs.
- Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties simultaneously.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize property performance.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for residential or commercial properties.
