Company Description
We’re building Boboyii, a customizable Voice AI Agent Platform for African languages. Our mission is to make voice technology truly accessible and relevant to African users, bridging the gap between AI innovation and local communication needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Co-founder/CTO. The Co-founder/CTO will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and innovation of the company. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions, managing the technology team, ensuring the security of the company's technology infrastructure, and collaborating with other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
- Full stack web developer with 2-3 years experience
- Skilled in Python & TypeScript
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of current technology trends and funding avenues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
