The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manage service delivery, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, business goals, and expectations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor service performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate performance to clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and work with the sales team to pursue them. Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Client Service Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
