Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support to enhance their overall experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Manage client accounts and ensure all service commitments are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service issues, and resolutions in CRM or relevant platforms.
- Monitor client satisfaction and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where relevant and beneficial to the client. Uphold the company’s values and act with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
