Job Description/Requirements
Summary of Position:
As the Advertising & Communications Lead, you’ll take charge of the full end-to-end process—from collaborating with clients to shape strategic marketing plans, to crafting compelling briefs and managing the production of final creative assets. You will be the driving force behind bringing impactful campaigns to life, ensuring every message is aligned, engaging, and effective.
Main areas of Responsibility
- Drive client strategy and act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring the agency maintains a lead role.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the client’s product or service, market, and target consumers.
- Understand the client’s marketing objectives, including sales goals, market share targets, and competitor positioning.
- Drive business growth by developing proactive action plans for existing clients.
- Prepare clear, insightful creative briefs that serve as the foundation for the creative team’s output.
- Produce and monitor accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Lead your team by providing guidance and support, ensuring the agency has the necessary skills to grow the accounts.
- Assist clients in developing marketing strategies, plans, and implementation guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and improve team processes and capabilities to ensure clients receive best-in-class service.
- Ensure accounts are run profitably for the agency.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to build and manage the company P&L.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective integration across all departments.
- Collaborate with peers across planning, creative, and internal teams to develop existing or new business opportunities.
- Oversee proper execution of all projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Ensure all completed projects are accurately billed to the client. Ensure timely payment of all invoiced work, in line with agreed-upon terms between the client and the company.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing
- Proven 360° agency experience, including hands-on involvement in experiential, media, and digital campaigns
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Marketing or a related field
- A Master's degree (MSc) is an added advantage
