Kitchen Cleaning & Sanitation:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
- Ensure proper disposal of food waste and garbage.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Equipment & Tools Maintenance:
- Regularly clean kitchen appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored and maintained.
General Support:
- Assist in organizing kitchen tools and storage spaces.
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
