Our client in the oil and gas engineering and construction field is seeking to hire a Civil and Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry and be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of civil and structural systems for oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and plan the construction of civil and structural systems tailored to oil and gas engineering projects.

Conduct site assessments and investigations to evaluate the suitability of locations for oil and gas construction projects.

C. Drawing and Documentation:

Create and/or interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation relevant to oil and gas infrastructure.

D. Material and Method Selection:

Select and specify appropriate materials and construction methods to meet the unique demands of the oil and gas industry.

E. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations specific to oil and gas projects.

F. Construction Monitoring:

Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and standards, with a focus on quality control and safety in the oil and gas field.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in civil or structural engineering, with significant experience in the oil and gas industry. Onshore and offshore experience is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software. Experience in interpreting technical drawings and documentation relevant to oil and gas projects is essential.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and codes specific to oil and gas construction projects.
