What You Will Be Doing

Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponential value through true scalability and transformative business impact.

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who prioritize traditional coding over AI-driven solutions need not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python development and AWS infrastructure
• Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
Extensive experience integrating various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
