Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Chinese- English) during meetings, site visits, training sessions, and daily interactions
- Assist Chinese expatriates with interpretation support for administrative, HR, or operational matters.
- Translate simple documents, notices, or memos when necessary.
- Support expatriates during official engagements (e.g., at banks, hospitals, or government offices).
- Relay cultural and contextual information to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings.
- Work closely with local staff and management to improve collaboration and resolve communication barriers.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Provide updates and feedback to HR or management about potential language or integration challenges faced by expatriates.
Requirements:
