Job Summary: Briclinks Africa Plc is looking to hire a highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead and grow our operations. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and provide strong fiscal leadership that drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the company’s financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax obligations.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 6 year's progressive experience in senior financial management roles, with at least 3 years at executive level.
- Strong track record in strategic planning, financial analysis, and corporate governance.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
