ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a leading real estate company in Nigeria, focused on developing modern, sustainable residential and commercial properties across West Africa.
Location: Lagos.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of Experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Professional Certification such as ACA, FCA, CFA or ACCA is an added advantage
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision making is required.
- Experience in the Real Estate Sector is highly desirable, particularly in financial management, project financing, or investment analysis
