Job Summary
We are hiring Chef Instructor to train and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals at our fast-food restaurant in Abuja. This role requires a talented Continental Cuisine Chef with excellent culinary skills, teaching ability, and hands-on experience across different sectors of the food industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical culinary training sessions to kitchen staff.
- Teach modern and traditional continental cuisine techniques.
- Standardise recipes, quality control, and teach portion control to optimise costs.
- Mentor and develop team members in food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen operations and compliance with safety and sanitation rules. Assist in menu development and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in diverse food industry sectors.
- Expertise in Culinary Arts with a focus on Continental Cuisine.
- Strong background in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food costing.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
- Culinary degree or formal training in Culinary Arts (preferred).
