Job Description
We are hiring passionate and experienced trainers to deliver our 4-week caregiving curriculum to future care professionals. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of caregivers who will impact lives across Nigeria and beyond.
Open Positions:
- 2 Full-Time Lead Trainers
- 2 Part-Time Subject Trainers (Specialties: Pediatric Care, Elderly Care, First Aid, Special Needs)
- Location : Yaba, Lagos
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training based on our standardized 4-week curriculum
- Mentor students preparing for caregiving, nanny, or homecare roles
- Facilitate core topics like hygiene, nutrition, communication, safety, and ethics
- Support student certification through CareNestPro Academy and Red Cross training pathways Provide subject expertise (where applicable) in child care, elderly care, dementia, autism, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc in Nursing , Public Health, or related health field
- 3+ years experience in care delivery (homecare, hospitals, or community work)
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with valid First Aid, CPR, or BLS certifications are highly preferred
- Special consideration for trainers experienced in:
- Special Needs Care
- Dementia Care Autism Spectrum Support
Certifications & Support:
- Candidates without ACA certification will be enrolled in our Train-the-Trainer program
- Trainers will also be registered for Red Cross First Aid/BLS training , with the goal of enabling them to assist in delivering practical sessions to students Ongoing professional development and mentoring provided
