At DD Building Technology Solutions , we deliver Solar Energy, CCTV Systems, Smart Locks, Intercoms, Fire Alarms, Access Control, and Building Automation solutions across Nigeria.
As a Business Relationship Partner , you will play a key role in expanding our B2B network , driving strategic partnerships, and helping more organizations access smart, sustainable, and secure building technology. Success in this role means creating profitable partnerships, opening new business channels, and supporting our mission to innovate and secure buildings across Nigeria .
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with businesses, real estate firms, schools, and estate developers etc.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals to convert prospects into active partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums .
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute partnership strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report partnership performance , providing insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnership management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- Experience in solar or building technology solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; CRM knowledge is a plus.
