We're Hiring: Business Manager – Cinema Operations
We are seeking for a results-driven professional with a passion for business excellence to join our dynamic team. The ideal Candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema, ensure profitability, manage staff performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cinema operations including box office, concessions, and cinema management
Manage and lead cinema employees
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
Drive ticket and concession sales through strategic promotions
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and local partnerships
Analyze business performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3+ years of managerial experience (cinema, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory management
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Budget: N200k - N250k
