We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, and strategic collaborations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals that directly impact the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
- Own and deliver revenue targets, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Partnership-Driven Revenue.
- Develop and execute a structured sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Pipeline Development & Partnerships
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate wellness partners, employee assistance programs (EAPs), research institutes, and other B2B opportunities.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive long-term revenue.
- Collaborate with the product and growth teams to create scalable revenue models.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Maintain long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify high-value revenue opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Reporting & Revenue Insights
- Track and report performance against sales and revenue KPIs.
- Build dashboards to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Present regular updates to leadership on progress and forecasts.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships (healthtech, SaaS, or wellness sector is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience structuring partnership deals, enterprise contracts, or subscription-based sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
