Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Fund Mobiliser to support the organisation's financial sustainability by identifying and securing funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation, credit sales, and overall revenue growth for Regal Financials with a target of ₦200 to ₦300 million to ₦300.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and mobilise deposits.
- Drive credit product sales and meet set portfolio targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients.
- Conduct presentations and engage clients to cross-sell products.
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
- Identify and research potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and philanthropic donors.
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns that align with the organisation’s mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, government bodies, and community stakeholders. Promote the organisation’s work through presentations, meetings, and events to increase visibility and attract contributions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4+ years proven experience in sales within financial services or commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of credit and deposit mobilisation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
