We empower users to save, invest, and transact across currencies through a suite of innovative products—Rebble (on/off-ramp crypto trading), Bloom (savings and investments), Saturn (digital asset investing), and Scorepal(AI-powered robo-advisory).
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying strategic opportunities, forming partnerships, expanding market reach, and deepening customer engagement across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and product adoption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Represent Syarpa at events, meetings, and strategic engagements. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align business goals with product offerings.
Prepare business proposals, partnership pitches, and market reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Strong understanding of African financial markets and digital finance solutions. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in cross-border payments, digital wallets, or crypto startups. Familiarity with Nigeria/Africa’s fintech regulatory landscape.
An existing network within the African tech/finance ecosystem
