We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare facilities that would benefit from Medic Connect.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Medic Connect to hospital administrators and clinical staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key facility stakeholders.
- Onboard facilities onto the network and provide necessary support.
- Track and report sales activities, targets, and results regularly.
- Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital health sectors (Required).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian healthcare landscape is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in google suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Contract & Pay
Contract role for (3 months), with potential for long-term retention or full-time hire
Location : Lagos, Nigeria
Compensation : N150,000/month & performance-based incentives.
Reports to : CEO/Founder
