Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the travel sector. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to generate leads, secure corporate and individual clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and hospitality sector (corporate clients schools, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Bring in corporate and individual clients, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and social media teams to align lead generation campaigns with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute to company profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and strategic networking opportunities.
