Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop proposals, business pitches, presentations, and client-specific solutions.
- Convert prospects into clients while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct industry and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging market developments.
- Work with the management team to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
3. Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and collaborators.
- Represent the company at business events, trade fairs, and conferences.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients and partners.
4. Sales & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design effective campaigns.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and digital marketing strategies.
- Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular progress reports and performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
