Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and articulate Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our HR and recruitment services. This position requires a proactive, confident professional with strong communication skills and a passion for business development in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow client portfolio.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners.
- Promote and present HR solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Draft proposals, pitch decks, and pricing documentation for new prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment and consulting teams to ensure service excellence.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand business reach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on trends in HR consulting and talent management.
- Contribute to marketing and visibility strategies both online and offline.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in HR, consulting, or professional services.
- Familiarity with HR solutions and recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
