Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Facebook.
• Write engaging, original, and on-brand captions and copy for all formats.
• Post consistently and manage day-to-day social media activity.
• Stay ahead of trends, hashtags, platform updates, and audience insights.
• Build and engage online communities—respond to comments, messages, and tags promptly.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce top-tier content.
• Monitor content performance with analytics tools and provide regular reports.
• Recommend data-backed optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Support campaign rollouts, events, and product launches with tailored content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms in a brand or agency setting.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and audience engagement skills.
• Excellent grasp of content strategy and digital marketing principles.
• Proficient with social media scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and deliver clear content briefs.
• Basic Canva or CapCut skills (bonus points if you’re comfortable with both).
Great time management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly
