Role: Business Development Executive

Salary Range: #350,000 - #400,000
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve enrollment targets.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, local businesses, community organizations, and educational consultants.
- Organize and host events, workshops, and seminars to promote the school and its programs.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the school. Represent the institution at educational fairs, conferences, and community events to enhance its reputation and visibility.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the school's management team to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of integrity and a professional demeanor.
