As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our client acquisition and growth strategy in international markets.
Position Summary
We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing plans to expand our client base, particularly in the US and EU regions, while mentoring a team and overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Formulate and implement business development strategies tailored to global markets.
- Identify emerging opportunities across industries and geographies.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate and pursue leads through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Build relationships with potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support a team of marketing and lead generation specialists.
- Align team output with company growth goals and sales targets.
Sales Execution
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from outreach to conversion.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client handovers and project kickoffs.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct competitor and industry research to guide strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- At least 3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles—preferably within an IT or software development environment.
- Demonstrated success in international sales, particularly in the US and EU markets.
Skills
- Excellent communication, pitching, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of services like SaaS, MVP development, and AI/ML-based solutions.
Mindset
- Self-starter with a growth-driven attitude.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
