Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that align with our real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategies.
- Promote the company’s real estate services through presentations, cold calls, site visits, and meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident.
- Familiarity with Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
