Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow Clearer’s B2B and B2C customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, agents, and financial institutions
- Work closely with the onboarding and compliance team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Develop and present business proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot trends, gaps, and areas for expansion
- Attend networking events, conferences, and demos to promote Clearer’s brand and offerings
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports to measure business development progress
- Support the product team with insights gathered from clients and prospects to shape features and services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles (preferably in fintech, payments, or digital services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of meeting targets and securing high-value deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
