We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate with 2–3 years of experience to help identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and contribute to overall revenue generation. The ideal candidate is skilled in lead generation, proposal writing, client engagement, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through follow-ups and scheduled meetings.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using a CRM tool.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven experience with CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of market research and lead generation tools is a plus.
