Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement and acquisition, building strong client relationships, supporting issue resolution, ensuring compliance in client interactions, and managing social media presence to strengthen our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Drive customer engagement and acquisition strategies to grow market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support client engagement by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and client interaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales, client acquisition, and business growth targets


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or in a similar role (FinTech or digital services experience is an advantage).
  • Strong skills in client engagement, issue resolution, compliance, and social media management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
