Job Title: B2B Sales and Growth Marketer
Location: On-Site, Victoria Island
Role Overview
The B2B Sales & Growth Marketer is responsible for driving direct adoption of our proprietary HR technology solutions XMS, Pre-Assessment Tools, Assessment Systems, and AI Recruiter within corporate organizations. The role focuses on both marketing and direct sales execution, working to secure new clients while expanding product usage within existing accounts. A key expectation is the development and presentation of actionable go-to-market strategies that justify product scaling

What We’re Looking For:
A commercially minded professional who can:
- Generate leads.
- Educate the market. Pitch and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies to drive B2B adoption of HR tech solutions.
- Build outbound sales workflows, lead SDR teams, and drive lead generation using AI tools and targeted campaigns that convert.
- Design events and industry reports that position 25th and Staffing as a thought leader in HR technology solutions.
- Manage pipeline growth through multi-channel strategies, ensuring consistent enterprise pipeline expansion each quarter.
- Drive rebranding and positioning initiatives that shift perception from local to regional market leadership.
- Oversee the launch of industry reports and insights (e.g., market trends, performance benchmarks) that drive market credibility and lead generation.
- Build partnerships and scale client-facing events, leveraging them as growth channels. Track key metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
Performance Benchmarks:
- Deliver quarter-on-quarter pipeline growth.
- Expand regional awareness and enterprise account acquisition.
- Launch at least two market-leading content assets (reports/events) in the first six months. Build outbound sales infrastructure targeting conversion within 90 days.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 4–7 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth marketing.
- Strong background selling SaaS, HR tech, or similar digital solutions.
- Exceptional skills in client engagement, presentations, and closing.
- Ability to create simple, persuasive product messaging.
- Familiarity with Nigerian corporate sectors (telecom, banking, oil & gas, manufacturing, and hospitality). Independent, result-driven mindset
