ROLE SUMMARY

As a Business and Productivity Executive, you will support client servicing, strategic planning, and project execution for multiple brands across the agency. You’ll collaborate across departments—strategy, creative, digital, and production—to ensure smooth project flow, client satisfaction, and business development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day client projects, ensuring timely delivery of briefs, reports, and campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations.
  • Support the development and documentation of campaign briefs and project status updates.
  • Monitor task and project progress using productivity tools and communicate deadlines clearly to team members.
  • Manage communication and relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client budgets and billing schedules, ensuring financial documentation is accurate.
  • Identify and follow up on new business leads and upselling opportunities.
  • Assist in proposal writing, pitch preparations, and meeting documentation (e.g., minutes and action points).
  • Act as the internal quality assurance check for project delivery and team coordination.
  • Contribute to internal business performance reporting and productivity reviews.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in advertising, branding, communications, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflow and the advertising process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple client projects.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to take initiative and think critically to improve internal processes and client satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.


PREFERRED QUALITIES

  • Familiarity with creative briefing and brand strategy.
  • Exposure to ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
  • Passionate about storytelling, business development, and operational efficiency.
