Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Train and mentor staff to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality operations or supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
- F&B, and customer service experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word).
- Must stay close to Mararaba.
