We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand Manager/Business Executive to lead brand positioning, business growth, and client relationship management for One Stop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, driving partnerships, and expanding our reach within the creative and production industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement strategies that position One Stop as the go-to solution for content creators and production services.
- Plan and oversee campaigns, collaborations, and initiatives that highlight One Stop’s unique offerings to target audiences. Manage brand communications across digital platforms, social media, and industry events to enhance visibility
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with creators, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Develop pricing and service models that meet market demands while aligning with company goals.
Market Research & Insights:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in media production.
- Gather feedback from clients and creators to improve services and customer experience. Provide management with insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Operational & Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
- Drive revenue generation through innovative sales approaches, networking, and brand collaborations. Manage budgets for brand and business initiatives, ensuring ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, business development, or similar roles in media, production, or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of content creation trends, media production, and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to think strategically, innovate, and execute plans effectively.
- A strong network in the creative/content ecosystem is an added advantage.
