Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Communication Manager to lead our communications and branding efforts. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand communications, marketing, or public relations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, brand building, and developing strategies that amplify Midlo Angels’ voice in the investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies aligned with Midlo Angels’ vision.
• Manage content creation across digital platforms, newsletters, press releases, and reports.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Strengthen Midlo Angels’ presence across social media and digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft messaging for events, pitch sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and supervise design/communications interns.
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate communication strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand communication, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
• Strong portfolio of past work in brand communication and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in communication tools and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
