Job Description/Requirements
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and materials.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and tracking orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Support vendor and supplier relationship management.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Update customer records and process client requests.
- Assist in preparing quotations and sales documentation.
- Update company databases and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing operational, financial, and administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support during company events, exhibitions, and special projects. Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff activities, and gift packaging projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
Qualifications & Experience
OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience (experience in retail, gift, or event business is an advantage).
Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
